We Get Many Calls and Emails From People Looking to Get Into The "Buy Houses" Business. 
 
While their hearts maybe in the right place, they are often positioning themselves to fail - due to lack of money, time and the fact they they were simply sold a lot of "get-rich-quick" propaganda from a TV Guru's infomercial program or "boot camp" for which they have already paid thousands of dollars.
They are unfortunately stuck with a very unrealistic set of expectations and viewpoint on what it takes to successfully INVEST in real estate.  As a result, many if not most will fail, miserably, and burn up their savings in the process.  Just our opinion.

Well, I am going to reconsider trying sooo hard to get into it as fast as I am trying to. I know I need money to start, and my credit isn't going to help, well as of now. But I will continue to work on my credit and then try to move forward, though I will check the market before taking a leap and not seeing where I will land!
